Application for a New Water Service

To apply for a new water service, please fill out Section 1 of the Application for Water Service form  and submit to the PWSB.

 

There are several ways to submit applications:

 

• Dropped off in person at 85 Branch St, Pawtucket RI 02860
• Emailed to Assistant Chief Engineer, Russ Houde, at rhoude@pwsb.org
• Faxed to the PWSB at (401) 726-6493
